Can create an empty community..

I just tested and I was able to create an empty community... and now under update there is no option to have a title....

maybe just require title?
no option to delete a community

I was also able to create an empty community and came to report that.

I notice, another community I created, I tried to include a slash "/" in the title. The community is able to be created but it also reports an empty "shell community." Link below.
