namespace is not used #11

Although the README states you can use the following to control the metrics namespace:

  -namespace string
    	Namespace for the NATS metrics. (default "nats")

It seems that it's not used https://github.com/lovoo/nats_exporter/blob/master/collector.go#L27-L59 after all.

Happy to submit a PR for this. What do you think?
