Add support for Hindi

Was testing CoderDojo/cp-dojos-service#234 and urls formed from Hindi were not correct i.e. We would get the following with a url based on Hindi:

http://localhost:8000/dashboard/dojo/in//-1

http://localhost:8000/dashboard/dojo/in//-2

Edit the page so the url is based on Japanese and we get:

http://localhost:8000/dashboard/dojo/in/nomruadoresu/nomruadoresu

Is IAST an acceptable transliteration method? If so, https://github.com/mbykov/salita looks like it should help, perhaps with the addition of a containsDevanagari(str) method.
