Fongo is a dead project

Fongo is not maintained anymore, it is not compatible with the new mongodb drivers, maybe it is time to move to something like this: https://github.com/bwaldvogel/mongo-java-server ?

I didn't see any announcement, so I don't know if fongo is "officially" dead, but moving to something active is becoming urgent, because it doesn't for Spring Boot 2.1 and later. In the mean time there are workarounds or alternatives such as the praised mongo-java-server and even alternatives to nosql-unit itself.
