Suggestion

With the MVP for partitioned database support in the connector is done, we should have a blog post about it because it provides value to our users by reducing costs on using the cloudant service.

Acceptance Criteria

  • write a blog post about this support, it could possibly cover the following (if appropriate):
    • why we're adding this support and what's the value
    • how to use it
    • reference to documentation (make sure we have documentation)
    • feedback is welcomed so that we can decide on the next step (there's a post-MVP for enhancement)

Assigning it to @jannyHou because she implemented the feature.

Discussed with @jannyHou, it seems like the documentation https://github.com/strongloop/loopback-connector-cloudant/blob/master/doc/partitioned-db.md contains all the details we want and there's not much value for a blog.

We'll promote it via social media instead:
