Hello, I am using idba-1.1.3 version and I have this segmentation fault.
Here is the error:

/var/spool/pbs/mom_priv/jobs/8331872.power8 .SC: line 14: 15479 Segmentation fault idba_ud -r SRR24216802_12_merge.fas --pre_correction --min_count 10 --num_threads 10 -o Sample_idba2 > idba_out.txt

Any help/info appreciated. Thanks!
