Would be nice to have a V1.0.0 (or a V0.1.0) release in GitHub to make it clearer to see when there are major & minor releases.

Instructions on how to do this for reference can be seen here

Releases can help with debugging and understanding which version is currently being used along with helping with reverting back to the previous working status.

We run directly from the head of the branch, deploying is a git pull. This website is in no way complex or fragile enough to require releases.
