Maybe ask Tomw where he got the plastic sheet for the dome and use that + tape to make it airtight?

Will need some kind of foam or mastic or something for sealing gaps.

Don't forget hole to brewing area.

re-use the air filters that are an odd size.

switchable air exhaust to the outside/inside for winter heating?
