Is there a BaGet release? Not 0.x.x preview / pre-release?

When I go the BaGet releases (GitHub) I only see 0.x.x version and it seems like they are all marked as pre-release or preview. Am I looking in the wrong place for the latest release?

Rather use gitea which has built-in package managers for many platforms, including .NET. And it will never become abandonware as so many people use it.
