Backend의 개발에 참여할 실제 개발자 정하기

실제 개발에 참여해서 요구사항과 일정을 가지고 실제 개발을 진행할 참여자를 확정하는 일이 필요함.
기능 분석을 통해서 할일을 도출할 시에 실제 개발에 참여하는 멤버의 인원수에 맞춰서 일들을 나눠야 할것으로 생각됨.
