On edit page, fade out annotations once user has changed date to not imply that there _still_ is an issue #3203

I think it's really cool - but I think the UI is a bit confusing once you start to edit things and I think could imply you haven't successfully fixed them - I should raise an Issue to capture that sometimes e.g. once you start editing it could not be red any more.
