Every day 8pm EST the API fails

Everyday 8pm EST like a clockwork the call:
/insight-lite-api/blocks?limit=1

returns empty blocks array:
{"blocks":[],"length":0,"pagination":{"next":"2018-06-15","prev":"2018-06-13","currentTs":1529020799,"current":"2018-06-14","isToday":true,"more":false}}

this problem lasts a minute or two and then all returns to normal.

Why is that???

if you're using insight.litecore.io then maybe they are restarting the service or something? I'll defer to someone involved in hosting that service if that's the case. But if you're using your own litecore node then that definitely shouldn't be happening.

I'm using my own plus 2 other public litecore nodes as a backup. All 3 have the same problem. So it's not hosting.
