Since updating to the newest flatpak, I cannot connect my Steam Deck to my Windows installation. If the group code is Warpinator, then it's fine but the Steam Deck turns Secure Mode off. Any other group code, regardless if it matches with other computers, doesn't connect at all. It detects it, but pops up with an error saying "Could not decode certificate from steamdeck. Wrong group code?"

There's a bug I discovered a few days ago where one computer with a different group code will potentially prevent others on the network from connecting to one another, depending on the order they're processed in.
Do you have any machines that don't have the same group code on the network? Try making them all the same, or not running warpinator on those machines. Hopefully I'll have a fixed version out in a few days.
This exact message used to appear in my Windows port so I assume that is what you are using. Its handling of the group code had a bunch of issues and the group code did not apply properly. This should be fixed now (version 0.3).
