Password update

As a Wrench user, I want to be able to easily update a password I have owner or can update rights on, so that my colleagues can get the updated password.

It depends on the ability to:

• Get one's access levels on passwords (disallow update if the API doesn't allow it)
• Get the keys of other users
• Get the list of members in a group
• Cypher the updated password towards all users with access to the password
