Provide some sort of a non-collapsing grouping mechanism

Templates could be flagged with some value that would be looked for by a consumer to determine its applicability (ex. a template could advertise it's part of the "OneASP.NET Templates" group, and the OneASP.NET dialog would show only templates with that designation). Unlike pivot/tag keys, this would not collapse the templates in the group into a single display entry to be disambiguated by the value; unlike classifications, this would be a collection of non-user visible, opaque strings.
