Importing PGN on analysis board removes external engine options #12596

Steps to reproduce the bug

Paste a standard PGN into the PGN field
Click "Import PGN" or hit enter

What did you expect to happen?

PGN to be imported without changing engine options

What happened instead?

Default engine reverts to the lichess engine
External engine manager is removed from the action menu

Operating system

Windows 11

Browser and version (or alternate access method)

Firefox 111.0.1

Additional information

Probably "no scala"
