Review Feedback Indicator

Feature request only for Feed-back Forum posts:
Peer-Reviewed Feed-back Indicator (Green > Reviewed by Lichess Staff, Yellow = Viewed by Staff , Red-0 Not viewed by any staff member).

Indicator is in the subject title bar, not on every posted message. If the feed-back post has been staff-reviewed a light will indicate it's been looked at by someone form the Lichess staff.

This should prevent pinging staff and wondering if a staff member looked at it. Having an indicatro could block all pings from that subject post. The staff should be able to see who in the staff list had read the feed-back subject post.

A number designation could go with the light indicator to indicate which or the number of staff members that have read the post and approve of it of not. Like a voting system to close / delete / Like the post / Under discussion / place in future reference / In future update plans / ... etc.
