bringing followers in a different way to avoid spamming

helllo all i am https://lichess.org/@/plsdontclosemyacc i was thinking an idea such that followers will be back without getting spammed . like i was telling that followers could be given another name and only the account holder can see how many followers he has just like friends no one other than him can see so i think this will not lead to spamming for followers and all can see even.

Probably it will lead because there (again) will be posts like "oh I have 250 followers/whatever" or please follow me & I follow back etc.
Unfortunately it won't solve the problem I guess.
