Loaded USA and EU and JAP (Blood Factory) level 2 not working

the game called Loaded USA and EU edition only works 1 stage, after entering elevator to stage 2 there is only a black screen and nothing happens

This is a known issue with the latest upstream in the Saturn bugs thread:

Loaded - Hangs at the end of the demo, and at the end of the first level. Probably a timing issue caused by not emulating the delay between issuing a SH-2 write to the SCU IMS register and the SCU interrupt output level being updated.
