Playback failures

Describe the bug
Librespot playback no longer working on any song.

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch librespot --cache . --verbose
2. Open Spotify desktop and choose Librespot as the output device
3. See errors as the songs fail to load

Host (what you are running librespot on):

• OS: Windows 11 Pro (also tested inside a Dockerfile on Linux)

Additional context
I omitted some info that isn't relevant in the log, but the last 4 lines are the useful bits.
Note that while my output device is a microphone, I have my headphones plugged into it, so it does work as an output device. The error is also present when using the pipe backend inside a Docker container on Linux.
I authenticated librespot by choosing it as the output device on Spotify desktop. It then spams the console window as it fails to play every song in the queue.

Fixed by blocking in hosts file as per #972
