Max concurrent downloads displayed as decimal

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to change Max concurrent downloads under Settings > Advanced
2. There is a decimal displayed even though it is not possible to have a fractional concurrent download thread. The Max concurrent downloads number should not be displayed with a decimal as it is not possible to increase/decease the setting by less than an increment of 1.

Expected behavior

The setting is displayed as a whole number.

Actual behavior

Max concurrent downloads is displayed with one decimal space.
