I have the same problem.

Example to reproduce (substitute APIKEY with a valid API key):
https://libraries.io/api/NPM/express/dependent_repositories?page=1&per_page=100&api_key=APIKEY

-> I always get a 502 Bad Gateway error after precisely 60 seconds.

I am certain I have not exceeded my quota of 60 requests / minute.

Is there any way to fix this?
