配置文件使用本地文件模式可以使用但是无法更新

1、配置订阅页面使用本地文件，点击右键更新，没有反应

预期行为 / Expected behavior

点击之后应该显示类似几秒钟前已更新（实际测试本地文件变了，clash的配置是没变的，说明确实没有更新）
