可以关闭数值型日期读取么 #386

导入文件里面写的是数值型，却能正确导入日期，想知道有什么方式关闭么，我需要的是指定日期格式才能导入成功，不需要数值型也能导入

代码接收方式用LocalDateTime

目前没有对应的开关，请用其他类型字段，如String等来自行处理.
