  • Fix the header file hierarchy (especially for Apps directory) and remove header files that are just other includes or unnecessary
  • General code cleanup and "prettification". Add updated copyright comments, make names nicer and fit style guide, etc. etc.
  • Update header comments on all functions, and make sure all files have file headers
  • Configure clang-format and clang-tidy to work with our build process, and fix all errors/warnings generated (can be on separate branch)
