The confirmation page needs to show:

1. The approved LEV from prior step has been staked.

2. Show the staked LEV amount with a green check mark or other "confirmation" image.

3. Provide Etherscan link to the staked LEV as a form of "receipt" for the user.

Questions:

How do we distinguish between a staked amount done 1 day ago in same period and a new staked amount done 5 minutes ago. Maybe we only show the latest?

Or maybe we should show a history of all staked LEV in the current staking period? (is it not possible to have many different Approve + Stake of tokens in same period? If so, it is critical to show this i think)
