v1.0.0: 1rst release of the project

This is the very first release of the project and it can be used with quite a good level of confidence.
Obviously the quality of the results will depend on the chosen LLM and claude sonnet 3.5 or gpt 4o will do better than gemma2:2b but at a cost.
