I will "open" this issue #215 , because it is not ok how it works.
As I said, I save WindowState value in an ini file. When I read this value from ini and set the WindowState from this value the main form will maximize on all screen, covering taskbar. And it is not quite Maximized, because I can resize the form!
Please, can you see what is going on?
