Compatibility to latest schema registry version 5.5.0 #101

The latest Confluent Schema Registry has support to JSON and Protobuf schemas.

I tried the latest schema-registry-ui docker image and it is not able to load json schemas.

Hello, apologies for the late reply. It is in our interest to support JSON schemas, but I am not entirely confident about Protobuf. We are going to work actively on this starting next month. And as always PRs are welcomed!
