Design changes

These will be added in a followup release as they require restructuring working code.

  1. Checkout Step 1 - In most of our existing themes, including Bones v2 currently, step 1 is to enter billing address with a checkbox for shipping. The new version of Coffree has fields showing for shipping with a checkbox for billing, which I prefer as it's a more logical approach given shipping address will determine methods available for selection. Recommend we are consistent across themes and go with current best practices, which is to collect shipping address details first, with a checkbox defaulted to copying to billing address, which they can then change.

  2. Checkout - all steps - You can't see a cart listing and subtotals in any of the checkout steps except for the last step for review and pay - is it possible to included this view as a sidebar or similar in all steps so the customer always knows what they're ordering?

  3. Cart/minicart views - the subscription plan associated with any items shows our internal scheduling label for the schedule chosen (ie. "Xdays subscription: Daily"). The "Daily" label is coming from the billing plan name, which is good. I assume the "XDays" label is coming from the scheduling details for the billing plan, but it would be preferable to display something more meaningful to the customer like the actual (ie. "Daily: Ships every 1 day") if possible.

Default data

  1. Site Pages - this might be intentional as the default link in the nav widget blocks for About, Privacy Policy and Shipping pages look to point to site pages - but by default our stores don't include Site pages, so until you manually add them - you get a 404 for these nav items, which might be confusing to noobs.
