if FLOW_CONTEXT is not set to Production like this:
"FLOW_CONTEXT=Production ./flow newsletter:sendout"
send out newsletters always use the Development cache, which might not be the current version if the neos backend is running in production.

So this should probably be mentioned in the documentation. ;)
