Running D2009.

Version 0.56 of this application could have an .ini file (or some kind of
persistence), to remember the paths entered by the user in 

  * base folder
  * bpl folder
  * dcp folder
  * dcu folder
  * compiler directives

and any other option/text entered by the user.
