Remove deprecated services #224

The ongoing epics (#202 and #212) have/will deprecate some services, including the alignment, clustering, and filter services. These services should be removed from code base as the epics progress.

The alignment service was removed in commit 8176052.

Some deprecated methods were removed from the micro-tracks service in commit b968a0f.

The only service that still may be deprecated in the tour service. This will be determined by how the Legume Information System decides to handle tours in the future, which is out of the scope of this issue. Closing.
