If the GCV receives an inter-app message containing an extent not overlapping any of the tracks in the current micro track data then it should perform a span search.

It's ambiguous which source should be search. For now let's just use the default source (first in the config file) and later move this functionality into the "fuzzy search" outlined in issue #94.
