Edit "About HMS" Page to become "About the Database" Page

To fit with the newly revamped HMS program, we want to redesign the "About HMS" Page to become an "About the Database" page. As discussed, here is the rough layout of what we would like it to look like. We envision this to be a longer scrolling page with some general information about the Database and Arches. We would like links to the FMSF website and Arches websites in text and embedded in the logo images. At the bottom of the page, we would like the three logos to link back to their respective websites as well (HMS logo to https://www.fpan.us/training-courses/hms-florida/; Scout Portal logo to https://flagler.instructure.com/login/canvas; FPAN logo to https://www.fpan.us/).
