Desired behavior

The opt-in agreement of the privacy policy and terms of service can be combined into one checkbox.

Current behavior

Currently there's a checkbox for each document

Value add

A first time user has to agree to two mandatory opt-ins at sign up - Terms of Service and privacy policy. Since we can’t skip either one as both are required, it would make sense to combine them into one opt-in sentence and link both pages either inline or underneath to reduce signup friction.
