Observed behavior

Sometimes after publishing a channel I can see an incorrect number of resources displayed under some of the folders in the editor.
This one is not always reproducible but it has already happened several times to me today so I am reporting it.

Expected behavior

Always show the correct number of resources

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Go to https://unstable.studio.learningequality.org/en/accounts/#/ and sign in
  2. Create a brand new channel add some folders and upload several files in each folder
  3. Publish the channel
  4. Go back to My channels
  5. Click on the same channel and pay attention to the displayed number of resources - in this case it is 4
  6. Notice that for each folder we see only 1 resource
  7. Clicking on FOLDER 2 reveals that there are 3 resources

Note that if I sign out and sign in again I'm no longer able to replicate the issue.
