Observed behavior

After I upload a WEBM file I don't see and fill in any of the details fields in the Details tab.

Expected behavior

All the necessary sections and fields should be displayed.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Go to https://unstable.studio.learningequality.org/en/accounts/#/ and sign in
  2. Go to Edit channel and click Add > Upload files
  3. Select a webm file

I believe this issue is also addressed with the updates I made in PR #3500 (still in review)

If I am on that branch, rather than unstable, it seems to upload without any errors. (Thanks to @bjester for reminding me about wemb there - which I think preemptively solved this!)

@radinamatic @pcenov I would suggest that we re-test this after those changes are merged. I will leave this open for now, and we can close once confirmed that this is sufficient.

I tested this on unstable, and confirmed that this was indeed fixed there.
