Observed behavior

As reported in the support forum , the snackbar notifications do not have an audible notification for NVDA screen reader.

Expected behavior

Snackbar notifications should notify screen reader users of the message content.

User-facing consequences

Screen reader users will have trouble using Kolibri, and will miss important information about tasks and status updates.
