Home page - Missing 'Your classes' section

Observed behavior

If I sign in as a Learner who is not enrolled in any classes and the option 'Signed-in learners should only see resources assigned to them in classes' is selected then I am at the Home page and there is no message informing me that I'm not enrolled in any classes.

Expected behavior

I should see You are not enrolled in any classes under Your classes section
The sections Continue learning from your classes, Recent lessons, Recent quizzes, Continue learning on your own, Explore channels shouldn't be displayed

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Install the following build.
2. As an Admin go to Device>Settings and select the option 'Signed-in learners should only see resources assigned to them in classes'
3. As a Coach create a new Learner user but don't enroll the user to a Class
4. Sign in with the Learner user and observe the Home page
