Explore without account - Two 'Sign in' options

Observed behavior

If I have signed out and I click the "Explore without account" option then when I expand the sidebar I can see 2 sign in options - one for Kolibri's sign in and the other requiring a phone number as a username.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to https://vodafone-staging.learningequality.org/
2. Click the "Explore without account" link
3. Expand the sidebar

I'm not experiencing this - will see if it persists after the next deployment to the staging server.

Now when I go to https://vodafone-staging.learningequality.org/en/user/auth/#/signin I am seeing by default the sign-in form with the phone number, however if I click on 'Access as guest' I can still see the separate sign in options:
