Minor changes to coach reports.

Expected Behavior: The "Coach Reports" text should be displayed bold on a separate line above the report type. See screenshot.

Current Behavior: The "Coach Reports" text for the Scatter and Timeline reports is different from the Tabular report.

To reproduce:

1. login as an admin and navigate to http://127.0.0.1:8008/coachreports/scatter/?facility_id=&group_id=
