Unable to install Dependencies #58

I've been trying to install dependencies for this repo for quite some time now. But facing 403s:

My .npmrc file:

registry=https://registry.npmjs.org/
//npm.pkg.github.com/:_authToken=XXX

OS:
Tried on Windows as well as Ubuntu(WSL)
