Parse logs for spendies

As of now, logs are stored raw. ABI is needed to parse them maybe not

seems like rawDecode (https://github.com/ethereumjs/ethereumjs-abi#manual-encoding-and-decoding) should do the trick wrong

You could parse them manually or use a helper from ethers.js.
Like:

const interface = new ethers.utils.Interface(ABI);
const decoded = interface.events.FooBar.decode('0x....');
