Feature request: Ruby library should tar up sketch files and ensure proper data is there

Feature request: I want to easily upload sketch files with the ruby API, without having to tar it myself.

Problem: As a novice user to the ruby library, it's really easy to not know how to upload sketch files. Sketch files are folders, and you have to tar them up in a specific way so LayerVault will like them.

Solution: The ruby library should do it for you. This is better user experience for the programmer, and helps us abstract out issues users may have if we change this process in the future.
