Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently there is no way to use sqlx from edge functions (target: wasm32-unknown-unknown). I think there is a lot of potential for using sqlx with libsql with transport over http via libsql-client-rs

Describe the solution you'd like
I think this likely looks like a new libsql driver which would be similar to the existing sqlite driver.

Describe alternatives you've considered
N/A

I am going to start working on a PR for this if the maintainers will accept it

I haven't had time to work on this yet. It looks like the Turso people have opened their own issue so I will close this in favour of that issue.
