Another 0.5.x release

It seems like 0.6.0 is still going to be blocked for a while longer, and it's also unclear to me how long it would take after it's unblocked to get it ready.

I suggested these PRs be included in another 0.5.x release in #1413. This was before the 0.5.8 and 0.5.9 releases, but it seems like this hasn't been done (or only some of these were released). Can we have a release with these?

• Support the immutable option on SQLite connections #1289
• Finish support for Postgres COPY #1345
• feat: allow log level customization #1371
• Rewrite Postgres array type handling #1385 (not waiting on the PR author, i.e. me, AFAIK)
• Add executor trait "aliases" #1412
• Add more debugging info to unresolved type declaration panic #1416

All except #1385 have been released as 0.5.8/0.5.9, I'm not sure what you're talking about there.

#1385 I'm not convinced is not a breaking change but I haven't had the energy to review it in-depth, and it also needs rebased.

I was planning on kicking out a 0.5.10 for a bunch of other PRs that have been merged since the last release, but people keep opening new ones. It's a good problem to have, I guess. If you want to move the release along, it'd be great if you could go through and add reviews to any that don't have one yet.

Oh, sorry. Seems like I didn't check the docs well enough. I will rebase my PR and go through the other open ones.
