React + Vite <Velustro> fails then defaults to Lumiflex

I don't have any error in console at all. In development on cold launch the Velustro component doesn't load/render and then falls back to Lumiflex. When I hot reload (code-change) Velustro then renders, but hard refreshing generally resets it back to Lumiflex. Not sure if it's just me but I had to disable it for prod since it also exhibits the same issue. Absolutely nothing in console.
