This would also prevent scroll-chaining issue where the page start to scroll when you reach the end of the scroll container |

Description:
When you open the menu, or the notification sidebar, I think the body scroll should be prevented, this is a pretty common pattern.

The scroll is already prevented when a modal is opened. The bahvior should be the same.
