When displaying the Tag field on the Index view, Nova shows a "View" link that opens a popup with all the selected tags. This behavior occurs even when only a single tag is selected. It would be ideal if, in cases where only one tag is selected, the field would display as a BelongsTo field, while maintaining the current behavior when multiple tags are selected.
